Our product range is on the larger and heavier end of the scale when it comes to delivery .... most items do not easily fit into Sedan shaped cars and can be difficult to unload once at home.
Thus, most items sent outside of Melbourne Metro are sent on pallets and pricing does vary dependant on location and other additional factors.
This being the case, we are not able to accurately include shipping costs in the purchase price of the goods when shopping online. We can however, provide you with a guideline (as shown below) and are able to provide you with a fixed price quote once you have selected your products + quantity required.

We have calculated the freight guideline below on a standard pallet of 1mtr long x 1mtr wide x 1mtr high, with a weight of 380kg. This would be the dimensions and weight if you purchased 9 of our 1mtr lite concrete standard planter boxes.
Delivery pricing is based on delivery to your closest depot. From there, should you prefer a door to door service, you would budget to add an additional $100-$150 depending on how far away from the warehouse you are located. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to collect from the depot at no additional cost.
We are also more than happy to work with your choice of freight companies.

PLEASE NOTE - should damages occur in freight, we can only refund the cost of the item damaged. We are not able to send replacement goods free of charge unless insured - see below.
INSURANCE - is available at an additional 10% of your total invoice and will cover 100% of goods replacement and freight costs if items are damaged in transit.
Local Melbourne Delivery
We have a starting price of $55 for deliveries within a 10km radius of Coburg North for a standard one person, no stairs delivery to your door. Charges increase incrementally dependant on how far from our warehouses you are.
Should the item require 2 people to handle safely, the delivery fee is twice the fee for your area.
Deliveries including stairs are calculated on the number of floors our staff are required to traverse, eg - 2nd floor = 2 x standard area rate.
All CBD deliveries incur a minimum charge of $88.00
